Bespoke Labels

We have a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to the supply of custom made labels of all shapes and sizes. This includes labels that are printed on a variety of substrates and adhesives that have been tested and attained BS5609 for marine transport which is typically a requirement of the chemical industry. Colour Label Printing

We offer colour label printing services for your convenience. The colour label printers that we use are able to print photo quality, UV resistant labels through a variety of techniques. The two most popular colour label printing techniques are dye based inkjet colours and pigment-based inkjets.

Dye based ink-jets tend to use a colorant that dissolves fully in liquid. Pigment ink on the other hand, creates colour by separating small and fine particles that settle out.  Dye based ink is often seen as the better looking choice for colour label printing as it is considered to offer a better colour performance.

However, pigment dye is much more durable. Pigment dye colour printing does not fade for a long time in comparison to dye based colour printing. The choice is yours – prefer a durable label or do you prefer to keep your labels colourful!

Barcode Label Printing

Barcode Labels are useful for an array of applications. Whether you might be looking for labels in order to track packages or you are looking to incorporate a barcode on your product. At PSC Systems, we offer a barcode label printing service for a competitive price.

The most common material that is used for barcode label printing is polypropylene. It is used more often than not on white paper, but on coloured paper it is also possible to print barcodes. However, a more luxurious alternative could be polyester or aluminium.
