What is Hybrid Mail?

Hybrid mail is a mailing solution that allows users to send documents, using a PSC printer setup on their computer, direct to our offices where they are printed, packed and mailed.

The full Hybrid Mail process can be tracked and monitored through the Client Driver, also known as the Print Driver, so you are always up-to-date.

How Does Hybrid Mail Work?

Our Hybrid Mail service is cheap, green and very secure. The best thing about the hybrid mailing system, is the fact that is very simple to use.

Installation of Client Driver
Installation of Client (or Print) Driver, which will be done remotely onto the device(s) of your choice. This could be a computer, laptop, tablet or a mobile phone.

Create Your Document
Any program that works on your device essentially can be used to create the documents e.g. Word, PDF, Excel etc. Just print to the PSC printer!

Choose Your Mailing Options
A dialogue box will appear when the PSC printer is used. A drop-down menu will be displayed that will allow you to pick between a variety of mailing options.

Remote Printing
There is a printer remotely set up at PSC Systems and it will print the documents/letters at our office in short period of time.

Fulfilment
The printed documents/letters are then packaged and posted to the set recipients.
