The one-stop-shop service we offer for the credit union cuts out any delays in members receiving their materials and allowing them to go online and process payments themselves, making the whole operation more efficient and automated.
Our solution enables end users to be able to keep, record and have access to their own account details in order to address GDPR issues which were arising from the manual ledger book keeping.
We offer a new and replacement service for membership cards – we are provided with a weekly CSV which we then print and send the cards effortlessly to the customer.
Additionally, we provide a match and attach service in which we print unique member bar codes on each card and then these are matched to each letter and sent out to every member.
